Gift card terms and conditions
- Gift cards have no cash or monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. No change will be given.
- Gift cards are redeemable only against dental or medical treatments at Secrets Medical Centre and cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or products unless stated otherwise.
- Gift cards must be presented at the time of treatment (either physical card or valid code) to be redeemed.
- Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards cannot be replaced or refunded.
- Gift cards or gift card codes may be used as a deposit toward treatment bookings.
- If an appointment secured using a gift card (or gift card code) as a deposit is cancelled or rearranged within 48 hours, the gift card will be voided and cannot be reused unless the applicable cancellation fee is paid.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged once purchased.
- Gift cards are non-transferable and may only be used by the named recipient unless otherwise agreed by the clinic.
- Secrets Medical Centre reserves the right to amend or withdraw gift card terms and conditions at any time.
- Gift cards expire 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. The expiry period is subject to change at the discretion of Secrets Medical Centre.
