As a female GP with an interest in menopause care, I have been awarded the certificate of menopause from the british menopause society and as a result can independantly offer specialist menopause care and I believe that all women have the right to a truly holistic and individualised approach to their menopause.

During your appointment,  we have time to gain a real understanding of how the symptoms of perimenopause or menopause are affecting you.
We will be able to address how your lifestyle and any other medical problems may be impacting on your menopause and together come up with a safe management plan going forward. This may include Hormone Replacement Therapy, Non-hormonal based treatments and support with lifestyle change.

Private menopause appointments

After completing our pre-appointment questionnaire, you will be invited to our menopause clinic for a face-to-face consultation with our very experienced GP. The menopause care appointment will include a pre-appointment questionnaire followed by a 45 minute appointment with the GP. A 15 minute follow up appointment with the GP after 3 months is included. This allows discussion of your progress and enables us make any changes in your care that might be needed.
